What is your return policy?

GENERAL

Where do you source your images?

We spend a great deal of time searching archival images, books, museums as well as the internet. Most of the designs we use are estimated to be between 1500-1800 years old. We look for art that comes as close as possible to the time when Jesus walked the earth, but from time to time, we’ll feature Medieval or Renaissance pieces. As with most art, we gravitate toward what we find captivating, and that can vary. We welcome suggestions from our customers, but please know that all suggestions will be researched thoroughly before they’re approved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checking account transfers and PayPal, although a PayPal account is not required to pay for orders with a credit card.

When do you start processing orders?

ARKIVE THREADS charges at point of sale rather than at point of shipment. Orders placed after 9:30AM PT are processed the next business day.

Do you accept bulk and custom orders?

Yes, we would love to work with you on your special order, (including custom sizing)! Please contact us directly to get started.

SHIPPING

What is your turnaround time on shipping orders?

Most domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. We do not offer rush services yet but should be offered soon. International orders usually arrive within 3-4 weeks, depending on Customs requirements. Please note that we are not responsible for international orders that are delayed due to Customs holds.

What type of delivery options do you offer?

Orders can be shipped USPS Priority which has tracking and arrival times of 2-3 business days in the continental United States. We ship all Canada and International orders USPS standard first class.

Do you offer cheaper options like First Class mail for USPS?

Sorry, not at this time but we might in the next few months.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Not at this time but we might offer it in the next few months.

Can I provide you with my UPS/FedEx account number so you can ship through my account?

Not at this time, but we might offer that service in the next few months.

When will I be notified when an item ships?

For all US orders, we send shipment notifications as soon as items leave our warehouse. International orders may have a delay up to a day as it does require packages to be delivered to the post office.

Do you offer package tracking?

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail which has tracking available for orders within the United States. We will provide you the order tracking number at the time your package is shipped.

Incorrect shipping addresses, delivery issues and/or ensuing delays and lost or stolen items.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered and resultant delivery issues and/or ensuing delays. In the US, Once USPS declares the package as “delivered” via tracking we are no longer responsible for it, nor are we responsible for items lost or stolen upon delivery. ARKIVE THREADS is not responsible for any tariffs, additional taxes levied by the country of delivery or customs holds when items are shipped internationally.

Should a mistake occur on our behalf, we will make it right and will resend the corrected package using the same method of shipping as your original purchase, at our expense.

PRODUCT CARE

To preserve the color and intricate detail of the images, we recommend turning your ARKIVE THREADS garment inside-out and washing in cool water. Air dry only. Please note, the image will slowly fade over time, contributing to its antiqued appearance.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Refunds/exchanges are available on unwashed and unworn products, returned in original condition, within 30 days of purchase. At this time, return shipping and reshipping costs are not covered. We regret that custom orders cannot be returned.
